We called this organization today requesting assistance with 4 kittens. Our neighbor trapped and carried their mother to the shelter (the mother belonged to him ,not us). The lady who answered the phone could not have been any ruder or more hateful. We are trying to find a no kill organization/foster service who can take care of these kittens like we are unable to do. The employee of this shelter, rather than assist us, was borderline verbally abusive. I hope this organization treats the animals better than it treats those who call in for help!!! |
