I called them under already difficult circumstances. The person I talked to made an already difficult decision harder. I found her lack of compassion painful. I have not made this decision to surrender my cats easily and I did not not need added guilt. I can only hope that her health and circumstances never change to the point that she has to make the same decisions. |
