Dear Concerned citizens of the United States and especially of Johnson City, TN.,
Apparently this is a very HIGH-KILL CENTER. They do not even keep cats for a day! Especially ferrel cats and kittens.
The staff does not like questions from the community regarding their Kill practices.
Citzens are being asked to do something about this.
