Several RCMP officers, two SPCA investigators removed 61 cats and 27 dogs from Celtic Pets Rescue on Saturday (Feb 2, 2008). The animals were "victims of horrible neglect," the SPCA said. Pamela Keddy, president of the SPCA in Nova Scotia, said the situation is especially troubling because the owner knows, or should know, the meaning of animal cruelty.See the rest of the article here:
