Feisty Acres, Inc.

Feisty Acres is a nonprofit no-kill animal rescue organization serving Marion, Alachua, Citrus and Levy counties in North Central Florida. We receive no government funding; we are supported exclusively by donations. The animals you will see here have come from a variety of situations: Some were strays for whom an owner could not be found. Some were purposely abandoned. Some were brought to us by owners who could no longer keep them or no longer wanted them. Some were referred to us by local veterinarians. Some came from other shelters where they would have been euthanized. What they all have in common is that they need loving homes.
