Serving the Following Communities: Kelowna, Rutland, Joe Rich, Peachland, Westbank, Winfield and Oyama As a not-for-profit charity, the Kelowna SPCA relies on the generosity of donors to provide funds for food, shelter and medical treatment for the lost, abused, and abandoned animals we receive in our shelter each year. There are a wide variety of much-appreciated ways you can help our animals.
