Protection for Animal Welfare Society (PAWS) I have created our web site to unify all K9 rescue groups, pet owners, and everyone to finally put an end to animal abuse. The laws protecting all animals need to be amended to "FELONY CHARGES", and "ENFORCED". If people feared incarceration rather than a slap on a wrist, this abuse would STOP! We need stronger regulations regarding breeding of these pets. We must put an end to backyard breeders and puppy mills once and for all.
