Lakeland Trailhound Trust (Trailhound Rescue)

The Lakeland Trail Hound Trust was founded in January 1997. We rented a run-down farm in Bewaldeth, Cumbria. The stables and out-buildings had to be renovated and converted to kennels & we built a large outside run one third of an acre in size. Since we began we have re-homed over 600 trailhounds, aged between 1 year and 13 years
