Based in Warrington, covering North Cheshire and South Lancashire. The group provides care and attention to abandoned, mistreated or lost cats, including spaying, neutering, returning cats to their owners and arranging re-homing. C.H.A.R is a voluntary organisation for cats run by people who care for cats. Their help extends to both domestic and feral cats.
