National Humane Society Inc

"The National Humane Society" Is a nonprofit 501(c)3 organization which Receives no government funding, which leaves only huge hearts and good intentions to run our programs. We depend on caring people-people like yourself to be our Volunteers and with you're generous donations. The N.H.S. and its H.E.R.O. (Health-Education-Rescue-Operations) Program that provides a public service dedicated to stopping the killing of cats and dogs. Pet overpopulation is a People Problem and we have the solution. Traditional animal control is primitive and inhumane. Animals MUST NOT be born to die! THEY DESERVE MUCH BETTER. The National Humane Society will work to assist and motivate shelters to decrease and eventually eliminate euthanasia of adoptable dogs and cats. N.H.S. will work to assist in other locations and with groups throughout Florida and the Southeast in pursuit of the same goals.
