MIDLANDS ANIMAL RESCUE TEAM (also known as MART)Based in Walsall, W. Midlands MART has been rescuing and rehoming cats and dogs in the West Midlands for over 40 years. They have a strict non-destruction policy which means that no healthy animal is ever put to sleep.
