Tri State Collie Rescue Established in 1989, Tri State Collie Rescue is a group of concerned volunteers who seek to promote the welfare of the Collie breed. This is accomplished through our networking and coordinating efforts with various rescue organizations, dog shelters, humane societies, and members of the communities.
