Northeast Colorado Animals is the creation of animal lovers and volunteers of the Colorado Dogs Deserve Better group.We pull animals from local high kill shelters such as the Yuma Pound (who puts down after 5 days), Washington County Shelter in Akron (who puts down after 10 days), veterinarians in Sterling, and Wray, including surrounding areas such as Otis, Lone Star and Eckley
