Who We Are SFARR is a non-profit, 501(C) 3 no-kill animal rescue and refuge, who depends solely on volunteers and donations. ALL DONATIONS ARE TAX DEDUCTABLE.SFARR Rescue - is dedicated to rescuing abandoned, abused, injured and sick animals and providing an opportunity for these animals to be adopted into permanent, loving homes. SFARR Refuge - is dedicated to providing a permanent safe-haven for animals considered unadoptable because of age, health, physical disabilities or behavioral problems
