Erie County SPCA - Northtowns Shelter:

The SPCA Serving Erie County opened its doors in February of 1867, 139 years ago! It’s the second-oldest humane society in the country. *The SPCA has a large shelter in Tonawanda, a satellite shelter in Angola, a mobile adoption unit (Whisker Wag’n) and 19 off-site adoption locations.
