Rhode Island People for Animal Welfare Services (RIPAWS)

Rhode Island People for Animal Welfare Services (RIPAWS) is an all volunteer, non-profit organization whose mission is to save the lives of abandoned, lost and neglected animals and to place them in permanent, loving homes. RIPAWS is not a shelter. Our dogs are boarded at private kennels and our cats are in foster care. Please do not call before 8:00 A.M or after 7:00 P.M. as the number listed here is a private residence.
