Central Pennsylvania Animal Alliance

The Central Pennsylvania Animal Alliance (CPAA) is a Non-Profit Alliance of over 30 area shelters and rescue organizations working together to save the lives of dogs, cats and other companion animals through improved public education, increased adoption rates and aggressive spay/neuter programs. We are an all-volunteer, 501c3 organization that receives no government funding.
