Blackford County Animal Shelter

The Blackford Humane Society Inc. is a non-profit organization. We provide animal control for Blackford County, Hartford City, Montpelier, and Shamrock Lakes. Our mission is to prevent cruelty and neglect to homeless, abandoned, unwanted animals by adopting healthy animals to good homes.
