C.A.R.E.(Cooperative Animal Rescue Effort)

We are a very small, newly formed rescue. We work out of our homes, often fostering animals ourselves, in an attempt to give all homeless, unwanted, or neglected animals another chance for a happy, loving life. We have worked to bring low-cost spay/neuter programs to the area, and continue to do what we can to improve the lives of the animals in this northeastern corner of Indiana
