Nebraska Animal Rescue

Nebraska Animal Rescue (“NAR�) was formed in August of 2002 and was organized to address the desperate need for: A statewide network of rescue organizations, shelters and humane societies which can network and save many more animals than any one of us can save on our own; To educate the public about alternatives to buying an animal from a backyard breeder, a casual breeder or a pet store and how to find a good breeder, if needed; and To educate the public by promoting the benefits of spaying and neutering and to, hopefully, one day put an end to euthanizing healthy, adoptable animals.
