City of Weatherford-Parker County Animal Shelter

The City of Weatherford-Parker County Animal Shelter is a joint venture between the City of Weatherford and Parker County. We moved into our new shelter in January 2001, which increased our kennels to 70. We also utilize 20 additional cat kennels. The increase in kennel space has greatly enhanced our adoption rate, which is now over 200 animals a month.
