The mission of the Aurora Animal Control and Care team is to provide professional and courteous service to the citizens of Aurora regarding their animal problems and concerns. Provide for the public safety of the citizens of Aurora from animals. Ensure the humane care and treatment of those animals handled by the division. Educate the public on proper pet care, animal safety, pet overpopulation and responsible pet ownership.
