Feral Cat Consortium (a division of T.R.A.N.S )

The Feral Cat Consortium has had 1000 cats spayed/neutered in it's first 18 months, and found homes for many kittens and adoptable adult cats. Who We Are We are an ALL VOLUNTEER group working to stem the tide of overpopulation of feral and stray cats in St. Tammany Parish.
