OUTER BANKS SPCA

The Outer Banks S.P.C.A. (Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals) is a 501 (c) (3) tax-exempt corporation which proudly staffs and manages the Dare County Animal Shelter. The Outer Banks S.P.C.A. provides a loving environment and temporary housing for all lost, stray, or unwanted domestic animals in Dare County. The Dare County Animal Shelter and The Outer Banks S.P.C.A. in cooperation with local Dare County Veterinarians offer a low cost spay/neuter program for county residents.
