Norman P. Wiggle Home for Wayward Dogs

The Norman P. Wiggle Home for Wayward Dogs is a private, non-profit organization founded by Gretchen and Brett Colby. Norman P. Wiggle is a smooth black and tan dachshund the Colby's rescued from a pet store where he had been dropped and stepped on by customers who were allowed to mishandle the puppies. Norm inspired the Colby's, their family, and friends to do what they can to help animals in need, educate people about the importance of spaying and neutering, and eventually put an end to the euthanasia of healthy animals in animal shelters. The Home is operated through a network of foster homes.
