Animal Welfare Society of Kerr Co/Freeman Fritts

The Animal Welfare Society was started in 1968 by a group of concerned Animal Lovers in the heart of the Texas Hill Country. Over the years their mission has moved from shelter only, to providing low cost spay/neuter clinics, health care needs through their Veterinary Clinic, boarding & of course the very important shelter work.
