Saving Grace Animal Shelter

GOALS * Prevent cruelty to animals through responsible pet ownership, public awareness and education. * Increase successful animal adoptions to qualified owners. * Increase the animal return-to-owner ratio. * Improve the shelter facilities in Douglas County. * Recruit and utilize an effective volunteer network to assist with shelter operations. * Capitalize on donations, fund raising and grant possibilities as a non-profit management group. * Diversify and increase the marketing and networking . * Reduce the number of animals that must be destroyed each year. * Develop innovative animal management practices.
