OMBR does not have kennels. Rescued dogs stay in foster homes, where they receive vet care, nutritious food, and love. While in foster care, dogs are evaluated by a veterinarian and receive any treatment necessary, all dogs are spayed/neutered and are placed on heartworm preventative before going to their adopted home
