Humane Society of Polk County

We are a non profit organization funded soley by donations. Our purpose is the prevention of cruelty to animals, the relief of suffering among animals, and the extension of humane education. We offer the following services: Adoptive animals available, Surrender of unwanted animals, Low-Cost Spay/Neuter Program, Educational Programs, Dog Obedience/Behavior Classes, Adopt-A-Teacher Program, Lost and Found, Euthanasia Upon Request, Pet Therapy Program and Animal Cruelty Investigations.
