Southern Illinois Pet Society, commonly known as SIPS, was formed in 2002 by concerned residents of Alexander and Pulaski counties in Illinois. There was a serious need in our area for some type of pet rescue organization, and our organization was formed to meet the needs of our local communities. SIPS is not a facility.
