Berea’s Animal Rescue Fund "ARF" began 15 years ago as a grassroots movement ¦that being a small group of animal lovers, recognizing the desperate housing and healthcare needs of the homeless animals in the southwest suburban Cleveland area, transformed their family's garage into an animal shelter.
