Since 1988, over 9,000 animals have been spayed or neutered through our low-cost Spay/Neuter Program. The HSAC also offers our community an Education Program for children and Pet Food Assistance. Our Rescue & Foster Program has dedicated volunteers saving and caring for animals until permanent homes can be found.
