Pet Over-Population Prevention Advocates, Inc.POPPA, Inc., Pet Over-Population Prevention Advocates, is a 501(c)3 non-profit corporation working to reduce the number of homeless companion animals in Oregon by offering a statewide spay/neuter referral and assistance service. The money for these services is raised through individual donations and through the sale of donated plant material at Recycled Gardens, POPPA, Inc.'s fund-raising division located in Hillsboro, OR. We currently provide direct financial assistance to approximately 62 animals per week at a cost of $2000.
