Angels Grace was founded in 2000 by Linda Herrmann and her late mother Viola Herrmann whose loving strength is deeply missed. She was a woman of great integrity Angels Grace Rescue is a Pennsylvania state LICENSED and STATE INSPECTED NO KILL RESCUE FACILITY for dogs WE ARE ALL VOLUNTEER THERE ARE NO PAID EMPLOYEES we exist purely by donation of time,energy and loving patience and of course by the grace of God.
