Siamese Cat RescueThe shelter houses up to 50 cats at a time, in a home-like environment, where the cats are allowed to roam freely within the facility following a 7-10 day isolation period. Another 30-50 cats are located with Fosters in 18+ states throughout the Eastern US. Siamese Cat Rescue CenterSiamese Cat Rescue Center is part of the nation-wide partnership of individual non-profit Siamese Rescue Centers that are dedicated to rescuing homeless and abandoned Siamese cats and placing them in permanent, happy homes. Our Center covers the East Coast of the US. Our aim is to promote the welfare of these special cats by finding them loving and responsible owners. Rescued cats are placed at our Shelter or in foster homes until a permanent home can be found. This system promotes the socialization of the cats and allows us to understand the personality and special needs of our cats. Cats taken in by us are often from loving homes and make wonderful pets. Many times owners are moving and are unable to take their cat. Some cats come with special needs and require that special someone to give them a second chance. Hazen's Haven for Small Dog RescueHazen's Haven is a group of hard-working volunteers who are dedicated to creating a "safe Haven" for all of the rescued companions that are welcomed into Hazen's Haven For Small Dogs rescue program. Our rescue brings in those small dog companions that will not exceed 20 lbs at maturity. We foster, seek rehabilitative services as needed, and through a thorough screening program, find adoptive homes that will provide only the very best care, and that will be able and willing to make a permanent commitment to any rescued companion that may become a member of their households. We also welcome opportunities to network with other ethical companion animal rescue and shelters for the benefit of any animal in need.
