Turlock Animal ControlAnimal Control's purpose is to promote health and safety in the Turlock community related to animal issues and services. In 2002, Animal Control Services impounded 1,080 dogs and 1,192 cats. 33 percent of dogs and 71 percent of cats impounded were euthanized. Countryside RescueWe have many dogs, cats, rabbits, guinea pigs, and farm animals up for adoption year round. Most all of our adoptable animals have rescued from euthanasia at local shelters and are in need of responsible, forever homes.
