We have been taking in homeless Scotties, Westies and the occasional Cairn for 20 plus years. All the dogs we rescue are spayed or neutered, fully vetted and microchipped and then are fostered one on one with our foster caregivers who evaluate them and make sure they are temperamentally and physically sound before they are placed.

San Antonio PACT was officially formed as a non-profit, 501(c)3 organization in March of 2004. Teresa and her husband Robert have been involved in animal rescue and assistance for more than 20 years collectively. San Antonio PACTs services consist of spaying and neutering, providing veterinarian care, fostering/placement, as well as assisting people, shelters, rescue groups and rescuers. These endeavors are an attempt to keep animals in loving homes and safeguarded. Since neglected animals in San Antonio are an epidemic, San Antonio PACT was created to act as a vessel to fund these projects and programs through grants, tax-deductible donations and fundraising. San Antonio destroys tens-of-thousands of animals a year. Because of this, an objective of San Antonio PACT is to assist in the reduction of animals destroyed by implementing various programs within the communities of San Antonio.
