I AM A DOG OBEDIENCE / BEHAVIORAL TRAINER THAT ASSISTS DOG/CAT OWNERS IN PLACING UNWANTED PETS INTO NEW COMPATIBLE AND LOVING HOMES FOR A SECOND CHANCE. I USE THE INTERNET, PETFINDER AND THE MIAMI HERALD AS WELL AS MY OWN CLIENT LISTS TO GET A "MATCH MADE IN HEAVEN". THE DOGS REMAIN IN THEIR CURRENT OR FOSTER HOMES WHILE I TRY TO FIND NEW HOMES UNTIL THEY ARE PLACED. I ALSO COACH LOST DOG OWNERS ON THE MANY RESOURCES AVAILABLE TO THEM AND HOW TO GET RESULTS FAST BY LISTING THEIR DOGS FOR THEM.

We are two nutty people who love animals and want to help as many as we can. The whole thing started when my fiance rescued a cat, Cinder, from a dumpster. From there we took a friend's sister's rabbit, Simran, because her college roommate was afraid of it. (Simran did enjoy relentlessly chasing the cat even onto the back of the sofa.) Our animal numbers grew and grew.

Critter Care Farm
Critter Care was founded in 1988 and relocated to north Central Florida in 1998. We are non-funded volunteers, dedicated to the care and protection of ALL animals. We have many years of experience working with the care of animals, in Veterinary Hospitals, and Animal Shelters. We provide a safe shelter, love and care for lost, abandon, abused and stray animals of all kinds. Because of our work and experience with animals, we are called upon by many citizens to take in these animals, care for them, and try to place them into loving, secure, and permanent homes. Some have become permanent residents here at Critter care Farm. We have been Wildlife Rehabilitators since 1989 and hold permits with Fla Fish and Wildlife Conservation Comm. and the Dept. of the Interior US Fish and Wildlife Serive. Critter Care is NOT a business! We operate out of our own pockets at our home, because there is a need to help animals that can not help themselves. Donations from those who care about animals, help us to take in these injured. orphaned, and homeless animals. It helps us to vaccinate, spay/neuter, get medical treatment and feed them until they are placed in a "forever" home, or the wildlife can be returned to the wild.
