Dixon's Daschshund RescueWe are a family who rescues small to medium dogs, domestic birds, and some small animals. Most rescuers have a breed of choice, ours is the dachshund, but that doesn't mean that's all we will have for adoption. If I have space my door is open to any breed or mix under 25 lbs. Our adoption fees range depending on type of animal and medical treatment needed from $10.00 to 350.00, I spay and neuter, and update shots on any dog shortly after they enter our rescue. Rehabilitation may be medical or behavioral, and is often both.
