Vicky's Pet ConnectionVicky's Pet Connection is a growing non-profit organization in Kent County. Our mission is to rescue and recycle unwanted pets and to emphasize low/no cost spays and neuters. Every dog and cat that passes through VPC is sterilized. We are a "no kill" organization working to secure foster homes for the many animals that pass through our door.
