Pet Stop RescuePet Stop Rescue is a non-profit animal welfare orgainization dedicated to placing homeless and displaced pets. Based in Ventura County, PSR focuses on improving and protecting the lives of animals. We rescue animals from kill shelters, dangerous home situations as well remote locations where their families have dumped them.
