Cimmaron Valley Humane SocietyWE ARE A NO KILL SHELTER! BUT EACH MONTH WE HAVE TO TURN DOWN AROUND 50 DOGS OR CATS BECAUSE WE DON'T HAVE SPACE FOR THEM. PLEASE HELP US ! SPAY AND NEUTER, ADOPT, FOSTER, AND DO ALL YOU CAN FOR THE ANIMALS THAT CAN'T DO FOR THEMSELVES! We are a newly formed shelter with lots of learning to do. We don't actually have a shelter building, we are a network of homes trying to help our furry friends. Donations appreciated! We don't charge for the daily feeding and care of the dogs & cats, we just want to help them find forever homes and loving owners. We do charge a small fee for neutering or spaying the dogs & cats (our cost). Also our cost for getting them heart worm or feline virus checked and all shots up to date. We do not adopt animals without spaying or neutering them first. Drumright Animal ShelterKim Ramsey , Sarah McClendon, Ann Dodson and Doug Mauck are volunteers at the shelter. Any of these people will be more than happy to assist you in finding your pet or helping you find just the right animal to be your forever companion !! We are located beside Drumright's water pollution control facility. North on Harley St. to Maple St. Then East on Maple St. until you reach the Drumright water pollution control facility. Stephens County Humane SocietyWe are an animal shelter and rescue organization that serves Stephens County and it's surrounding communities. We work closely with Duncan Animal Control in sheltering and finding homes for as many adopable pets as we possibly can. Our focus is to educate the people in our city and the surrounding communities about the importance of spaying and nuetering their animals to help prevent unwanted puppies and kittens and help put an end to the overpopulation problem. City of Edmond Animal Welfare ShelterA new heated/coold kennel with plenty of space to move about. Located at 2424 Old Timbers Drive (Directly East of I-35 and South of Covell), in Edmond, Oklahoma. We can be contacted via phone at 405-216-7615 or e-mail us. Hours: Monday - Tuesday from 9am - 5pm Wednesday - Friday from 9am - 6pm Saturday from 10am - 3pm. (Saturday hours are for adoptions only) Visiting hours begin each day at 9am and Pet Adoptions begin each day at 10am. The shelter receives somewhere in the range of 1300 – 1500 animals each year. It is our priority to find all healthy and adoptable animals good homes. We truly wish that we did not have to euthanize any animal, however, we simply refuse to place an animal for adoption that we wouldn't want around our own families!
