St. Francis Animal SanctuaryWe were founded in the year 2000 and in the year 2005 we partnered with Best Friends Animal Society in order to help save animals left behind in the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina. The two organizations worked together on St. Francis grounds for 9 months after the hurricane and saved 4000 lives. Many of our supportrs have moved away, some temporairly and some perminently.
