Established in 1990, Fallin’ Pines Critter Rescue is devoted to helping handicapped, displaced or unwanted exotics, farm animals, birds and reptiles. We try to place them into loving, forever homes with our adoption program, however most of the handicapped animals remain at the rescue as life long companions.

The Animal Care Society's prime purpose is to find new, caring homes for pets whose owners can no longer give them the love or care they need. We provide a "home away from home" atmosphere and access to medical care. Because our space is limited and we do not practice euthanasia, a pet's age, temperament, and health are factors we must assess before taking in any pet.

Forever Home Rescue and Sanctuary is a home based, no kill shelter and sanctuary. We have a large number of animals in our shelter and many that have permanant residency. Many of our permanant residents are special needs animals, either abuse rescues or have health related issues. We do not place these animals usually and do our best to provide a loving, healthy and happy home for them for their entire life. Our adoptable animals come from our local shelter and the many who are dropped off here. We then do what we have to, to make them healthy, vaccinate them, spay or neuter them, and finally place them for adoption. This is a very costly process as most of them come to us sick

Caring Hearts is an all volunteer, non profit organization dedicated to finding homes for cats and kittens. We have wonderful kittens and cats waiting for their forever homes, and we have kittens and cats suitable for barn homes available for a donation. We are also involved in trapping, spaying/neutering, and releasing feral cats.
All of our cats live in foster homes until they are fortunate enough to be adopted. Many of our cats are placed through various veterinarians' offices who partner with us. Our cats and kittens can be visited in their foster homes and at several local veterinarians' offices and at Petsmart adoption events.

ROSA’S primary mission is to find permanent homes for adoptable shelter animals and strays. We rescue all breeds and specialize in shepherds, GSD and Aussies, understanding their incredible drive and devotion to humans.
We partner with local shelters, rescues, caring individuals and businesses in Northern Kentucky and Greater Cincinnati. We also: provide education to children on humane care of animals, support spay/neuter initiatives, stabilize animals and begin their training in caring foster homes.
We host monthly training camps with Sam Malatesta, internationally known Canadian trainer, as we believe that training is key to successful adoptions.

We are a small horse farm that has had a number of dogs "dumped" on our doorstep. We do not turn them away, rather we provide them care, food, love and a home. We try to find them good forever homes and so far have been successful with about 8 dogs and 1 cat. Our facilities are limited, although we walk with our friends on our 57 acre farm, we are unable to take additional unwanted animals. Rather, we are willing to list additional animals on our website for someone who can foster them until they are adopted.
