Central Florida Pug RescueA little over three years ago, a pug owner who was moving asked Becky if she would take in her little lady Peewee, care for her and possibly find a new home. A few months went by and Becky found Peewee (now known as Mimi) a new home. Little did we know at the time that she would become our very first rescue and that we would eventually become an incorporated pug rescue. We realized there was a void in the central Florida area concerning pug rescue, care and adoption of pugs. Somehow the word spread that we were here and willing to help those in need. During the past year and half, operating unofficially, we received many calls and emails from other rescues in Florida and even some neighboring states asking if we would help them. We were very happy to help out in any way we could. Cats Are My Love Inc.We are a No Kill, Not For Profit (501(c)(3) Kitten and Cat Rescue Group. The kittens / cats we offer for adoption come from many different walks of life and are now in need of Loving and Caring Forever Homes. Prior to adoption, all of our kittens have been combo tested (negative) for Leukemia and AIDS, spayed / neutered, given at least their first vaccination (possibly even their second if they are old enough), been dewormed, and - if old enough - have had their rabies vaccination. Our goal as a rescue group is to place homeless cats and kittens into the best home possible.
