As Setter fanciers, we strive to take care of our Setter friends who unfortunately, from time to time, get placed in the wrong home, are lost, or are unwanted because they no longer fit the family setting for one reason or another. Our foster families take these dogs into their homes, evaluate and get them ready for rehoming. Paws-2-HelpThe adoption process takes about 30 minutes to complete. Adoption fees vary. Puppies are $150. This fee includes 4 puppy shots, deworming, parasite prevention. The rabies shot, and county tag. Microchip and sterilization. We will also supply you with 6 months hearworm preventive. Kittens are $85, and this includes all of the above plus they are tested for Luk/felv. Adult dogs $85 and upwards, Adult cats $59. ALL animals are spayed or neutered before they leave the shelter. Puppies and kittens too young to receive all of their shots prior to adoption have to return to our clinic, your adoption contract will state the due dates, there is no additional charge for completing the necessary medical work.
