Orphans OnlyWe are a team of individuals, mainly made up of veterinary technicians that are dedicated in helping young orphaned baby animals. We work together with several wonderful Hospitals, and Veterinarians in the area, that provide us with excellent help, care and support. . Our doctors specialties include: General Practice , Emergency Practice, and a Board Certified Surgeon. We are trying to provide quality of life to Orphans that would normally be abandoned and left for death or euthinized Due to lake to time, space and effort. We NOW rescue all types of animals from livestock to rodents, we do our best to raise them in to healthy well adjusted animals, then place them is loving homes. For all dogs and cats each animal is spayed and neuter before placed in a forever loving home. We also offer public education in the event that an owner has encountered a problem; which has left an orphan(s) baby(ies) to care for. There are many reasons that babies become orphaned and there is nothing that anyone can do to prevent it, but we would like to offer help and support if this should happen. Little Heroes RescueOur mission is *not* to rescue and place as many homeless pets as possible. Our rescue is based on a much more intricate method. We typically have each animal for a minimum of 1-month before it is adopted. This is only because we put such effort into what condition the pet leaves us in. Not only do we have each pet spayed/neutered, fully vaccinated, and implanted with micro-chip identification ~ but we also pride ourselves in taking that *extra* step. Prior to placement, each of our pampered pets is tested (and if needed: medicated) to remove any internal parasites they may have had (de-wormed), as well as external (de-fleaed). Most of our pets are tested for (and placed on preventative medication) for Heartworm. Each of our pets receive a fully-detailed bath and grooming experience (including nail trim, ear cleaning, bathing, and if needed: trimming or shaving their coats). If the pet has behavioral issues, these are addressed on an individual basis (including formal basic training if necessary). HAPPY CATS FOUNDATIONWe are all volunteers with an immense passion for cats. Our mission, beyond finding safe and loving homes for abused, abandoned and relinquished cats, is with our Senior Citizens. As we grow in funds, we hope to place a kitty in homes with our Orange County seniors who love cats but are living on tight budgets. Many of our seniors are living on fixed incomes; as a result adopting a kitty is only a dream. What a beautiful feeling to place a cat (complimentary, no donation fee expected) in a loving home knowing our senior and our kitty have so much love to give to each other.
