Forgotten Animals of L.AFounded in 1999 by Charleen Sweeney, Forgotten Animals of Los Angeles (FALA) is dedicated to the rescue of homeless cats and dogs and the elimination of their suffering. Cocker ConnectionCocker Connection is a Non-Profit rescue organization based in Los Angeles, California. We are dedicated to finding homes for homeless, abandoned or unwanted Cocker Spaniels. Animal KindWe are a not for profit organization dedicated to the rescue and placement of abused and abondoned cats and dogs. We have been operational for 13 years and have placed thousands of homeless pets. Our dogs are in a free range sanctuary where they eat, sleep and play together. Some are in foster homes, day care or other boarding facilities. Because of the way the animals are housed we generally know who is housebroken, food aggressive, dog aggressive, mellow or hyperactive. All our rescues are examined by a vet, dewormed, vaccinated, neutered or spayed. We also pay all or part of medical expenses for any rescue adopted with a pre-existing condition. The dogs listed here are only a small sampling of the dogs at our sanctuary.
