The mission of Tracy Animal Services is to develop a strong relationship with the community by providing quality service and to maintain a safe and secure environment for abused and neglected animals. Through the efforts of the People for Pets volunteers our goal is to reduce the euthanasia of neglected and abandoned animals by re-uniting lost animals with their owners or by the placement of abandoned animals in loving forever homes or placement agencies.

Train Rite is dedicated to enhancing the lives of disabled individuals by adopting shelter and rescue dogs, and training them using positive training techniques to perform everyday tasks for their disabled partner. Continual communication with each team ensures their continued independence.
Once in a great while, Train Rite adopts a dog that just won't be able to perform as an Assistance Dog. Sometimes it's for medical reasons, sometimes it's due to temperament. No matter what the reason, this sweet creature will still need a good home. Rather than relinquishing the dog to the local animal shelter or rescue group, we prefer to find the dog a suitable home through our Change of Career Dog Adoption Program
