Northwest S.P.C.A.The NW SPCA does provide Animal Control for the City of Oroville. It is our goal to keep animals from going to a regular "dog pound" and being destroyed after five days. After the animals time is up, we kick in as the NW SPCA and extend their time as long as we can so we can get them a home. The contract we have with the city is so we as the NW SPCA can pick up those unwanted strays to give them a longer chance to get a home.
